This program is aimed to prepare you well for the competitions, to fine-tune your technique and to make you a couple of seconds faster.

The HPC Rookie Program offers the services of Strength & Conditioning programming, training camps (incl. transfer, accommodation & board, 24-hr supervision, etc.), race support and many more.
